To schedule an appointment, please use the "Request Appointment" button below to access our client portal:

Simply use the “Request Appointment” button to navigate to the House of Healing Hawaii Client Portal, and log into your existing account.

Once you click the button, you'll be guided to input your details and create an account on our portal. After your submission, we will confirm your account and a welcome email will be generated, enabling you to establish a personal login and password. From there you can complete your intake forms, provide your insurance information, and access video telehealth sessions all on the client portal.
If you come across any challenges or have queries about account setup, we have provided an instruction guide below. We prioritize making this experience as straightforward as possible for you.

Getting Started: A Guide for New Clients
Step 1:
After selecting the "Request Appointment" button on our website, you'll be directed to our Client Portal.
From there, simply click on the “Request Appointment” button to proceed.
Step 2:
Select your client status by choosing either 'I am a new client' or 'I am an existing client'.
Then, specify the type of appointment and clinician preference.
Step 3:
Select your preferred date and time for your session.
Available slots are shown in green, and you can navigate by week using the provided date controls.
Step 4:
If you'd like to explore more available dates beyond the current week, simply click on the 'Next' button located at the top right of the scheduling section.
Step 5:
Review the preferred appointment time you've selected, then proceed by clicking 'Continue Without Signing In' to finalize your appointment.
Step 6:
Fill out your personal information in the provided fields, including name, date of birth, email, and mobile phone.
Once completed, click 'Submit Request' to finalize your appointment booking.
Step 7:
Once your request is submitted, await an email confirmation for your appointment.
If necessary, contact the office at the provided number for any adjustments or cancellations.
